Grape varietes: Moscato giallo di Noto or Moscatella grapes
Production area: In the heart of the “Moscato di Noto D.O.C.”, (Noto – Italy)
Vinification: the whole process is run at a controlled temperature, from maceration to the soft pressing until fermentation and maturation
Ageing: refining in stainless steel and in bottle, for at least eight months
Alcoholic content: 12%
Colour: Intense golden yellow
Bouquet: It exceptionally translates in taste the typical character of the land it comes from: soft orange blossoms notes, quite typical of this grape species along with brooms shades
Flavour: The sip is nicely sweet, delicate and pleasantly non invasive, with an extraordinary tactile-olfactory ratio
Food and wine pairing: The Acantus Moscato di Noto wine is a high class dessert wine, to be tasted along with marzipan, chocolate, and any kind of sweet
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C
